    Our community engagement has three distinct strands:

    In last year’s report we undertook to calculate our contribution to charity based on:
  • 2.5% of performance fee income, plus
  • 0.25% of management fee income, plus
  • 0.25% of our brokerage business before tax profit

Subject to a minimum set at 0.5% of the Group’s before tax profit.
