Customer survey
This year, for the first time, we launched a customer survey focused on 62 of Man Investments’ institutional clients throughout a number of European countries. Once this initial survey has been piloted, other surveys focused on Man Investments’ key relationships will be implemented and will become a feature of our ‘business as usual’ model.
