Marketplace policies
-
Our policies relating to customers, investors and distributors are
clearly set out in our Group Corporate Responsibility Manual. Man Group’s
principal guiding ethic in its market facing relationships is that of
‘due care’. In practice this means:
- Compliance with regulation including ‘Know Your Customer’ and related anti-money laundering initiatives
- Fair, transparent and ethical treatment of customers
- Ethical considerations integrated inextricably into the design, development and distribution of our products and services
- Responsible trading practices in our dealings with or on behalf of customers
The policy architecture was developed in the context of our principles concerning the fair and ethical treatment of our customers and investors. The following paragraphs describe how it works in practice.
