Next year we will:
- Continue embedding the corporate responsibility discipline into the fabric of our market facing functions and activities
- Widen and deepen data capture
- Extend and integrate customer survey disciplines more deeply and extensively throughout our sales and marketing distribution
- Conduct corporate responsibility and orientation workshops for key sales management, on a more extensive geographical basis
Corporate responsibility has been clearly shown to have a key role to play in maintaining the confidence, trust and loyalty of our customers. The disciplines of fairness and the maintenance of reputational integrity are becoming ever more closely integrated into our businesses.
