Summary
The processes and structures described above, which, to a large extent,
restate those laid out in last year’s Corporate Responsibility Report,
have proved themselves over the year, as we have continued to roll out
on a global basis.
As we move on to and through the intended Initial Public Offering of MF Global, we will inevitably need to adjust our processes and management structures to reflect this and other changes arising out of our continuing growth and further development.
We firmly believe that corporate responsibility can and will be an invaluable aid in our endeavours as we continue to grow and change.
