Product Structuring and Financing
Product Structuring and Financing is responsible for product development, product financing, prime brokerage, transaction management, managed accounts, new managers/investments and various related disciplines. The unit is multi-disciplinary in nature comprising a range of professionals including accountants, finance professionals and lawyers.
Legal
The purpose of the Legal Department is to deliver legal services to add value to core business activities and initiatives and help the division meet its legal obligations through an effective legal risk management framework.
