Development & Delivery

Development and Delivery (D&D) are responsible for new application development and the maintenance and enhancement of existing business systems. Ensuring the business get what they need on a timely basis is done using agile techniques and leading edge technology, continuously improving our processes and increasing the value we deliver.

Infrastructure

TG Infrastructure is responsible for maintaining the Production IT Systems and ensuring their availability for staff across the world. This includes the provision of Data Centres in Europe, Asia and America as well as voice and data networks which link all offices together. The Infrastructure team also provides a "follow-the-sun" Service Desk which supports staff 24x5.
