Are languages essential?

English is the company language, German is desirable for working at our Swiss office. Other languages are desirable but not essential.

What is your dress code?

We have a business-casual dress code. Professional business attire must be worn when meeting clients, unless otherwise specified.

What financial assistance for study do you offer?

Our Educational Assistance Programme sponsors individuals for relevant study, e.g. CFA, CAIA, IMC Corp Finance Qualification, plus study leave.

Will you pay my interview expenses?

Where you are travelling out of town / country at Man's request, we will refund interview expenses on provision of receipts. We refund standard or economy class travel.

Will you assist in obtaining visas / sponsorship?

These are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

What happens to my application once the position is closed?

If you are unsuccessful in your application, Man can retain your details on file for consideration against future roles, if you wish. You will be asked to indicate if you are happy for us to retain your details on file as part of the application process.
