The interview process differs across business units and regions, but may commence with a first round telephone interview, followed by face-to-face interviews at our offices, then a final round selection day that could include further interviews, a personality questionnaire, ability tests and case study exercises.
Our interviews are competency based. This means the interviews attempt to highlight the candidate's aptitude for the positions the firm is seeking to fill. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate how their experiences fit against the requirements of the role.
Candidates are selected based on their academic record, their level of interest in Man, their work experience and ultimately, their ability to do the job.
If you are successful and choose to join Man, we will discuss compensation and start dates with you before contractual documentation is sent to you. Once you have returned the signed contract, you will be asked to undertake a reference and background checking process with one of our authorised external providers.
