Finance graduate programme

The Finance team manages internal and external financial reporting, including management information, working closely with the business to support decision making. On joining the programme, you will rotate through key departments including Business Finance and Financial Accounting. The rotational nature of this 36 month programme gives you the opportunity to develop an understanding of the activities of Finance and their impact, importance and dependencies elsewhere. 

Finance Programme graduates will study towards the CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy) qualification.

We will be interested in talking to you if you can bring us the following skills, qualifications and attributes:

  • a minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline
  • 300 UCAS points (or equivalent)
  • numerically literate
  • ideally an appropriate internship
  • strong interest in developing a career in a Finance function
  • commercial awareness
  • confidence to challenge existing practices in a structured way
  • clear reasoning as to why you wish to study for CIMA
