Product and client operations graduate programme

As a graduate on this programme, you will gain significant experience in the operations and client service teams that support our business.

Following an extensive induction period, you will complete three six-month placements in different teams within PCO.

Graduates will typically undertake a professional qualification during their time on the programme - e.g. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Areas of PCO which participate in the programme include:

  • Investment Management Operations - provides specialist middle and back office support to Man's investment managers
  • Performance Analysis and Client Reporting - is responsible for producing written and numerical performance information for clients, sales and investment managers
  • New Business - delivers specialised services that support the onboarding of new products in to the business
  • Service Provider Monitoring - this team consists of the relationship managers for external custody, administration and prime brokerage providers

We will be interested in talking to you if you can bring us the following skills, qualifications and attributes:

  • a minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline
  • 300 UCAS points (or equivalent)
  • a demonstrable active interest in financial markets
  • a self-managed, intuitive and pro-active approach
  • a team-oriented mentality
  • excellent English (both written and verbal) communication skills
  • an entrepreneurial mindset
