Internships

The Internship programme based in London is your chance to experience the excitement of working for a leading hedge fund provider, and is designed for those who would like to develop their future career with Man.

These internships are 10 weeks long and start at the beginning of July each year.

For students who are seriously considering a future in the alternative investments arena, our internship could be a crucial step in planning your successful career.

Working in small teams alongside senior professionals, you will soon develop a network of contacts across the business. Your role will be a mix of project assignments and product training, augmented by networking events and regular evaluation and feedback.

Who we look for

To apply for the Internship programme, you must be in your penultimate year as an undergraduate or postgraduate student with an outstanding academic record.

We will be interested in talking to you if you can bring us the following skills, qualifications and attributes:

• a minimum of 300 UCAS points
• a predicted / achieved 2:1 undergraduate degree (see specific vacancies for degree discipline requirements)
• a self-managed, intuitive and pro-active approach
• excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• a willingness to learn
• a team-focused mentality
• an entrepreneurial mindset
• an active interest in the financial markets
