Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager [3322]

Primary responsibility is for the attraction, selection and development of all graduate, PhD, MBA and intern hires into Man to provide and develop a pipeline of high calibre future talent for the firm. As part of the global talent and development team this role is expected to support initiatives as they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and reinforce company branding at target university campuses
  • Build and manage relationships with faculty, careers services, student societies and clubs
  • Build relationships with representatives from all divisions across Man Group to gain support and commitment to recruiting events and key interview stages
  • Define hiring needs with steering committees at start of the recruiting season
  • Work with Swiss and US counterparts on development of the graduate and internship programmes
  • Manage application screening for all graduate and PhDs and coordinate selection process for all hires
  • Manage offer process with graduate and PhD candidates
  • Design and implement graduate induction programme and further development programmes for graduate recruits
  • Manage compensation review process for graduates
  • Manage advertising for individual schools and targeted nation-wide publications
  • Manage budget for all graduate recruitment and development related costs
  • Maintain and update the Graduate website
  • Responsible for development and updating Graduate Recruitment marketing material, including brochures, company presentations, etc.
  • Manage MBA business school consulting projects recruitment process
  • Manage the Careers Academies internship scheme

Requirements

  • Experience in a managing a function through at least 2 Graduate Recruitment cycles, with some experience Graduate Development
  • Experience working with line stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the UK universities and the Milkround
  • Ability to develop and implement initiatives which have contributed to achieving business success
  • Event organisation and management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
  • Strong IT skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
