AD Engineer [3345]

This role refers to an experienced Active Directory Engineer, responsible for designing leading edge Identity Management solutions based on customer requirements. The individual will ensure that regulatory requirements are met and the performance and availability of the respective infrastructure complies with what is required and with the highest standards in order to achieve maximum productivity. The role will constantly seek to improve the level of automation in order to reduce maintenance resources. The holder of this role serves TG infrastructure and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Capturing, analyzing and categorizing IT requirements from internal customer
  • Analyse engineering requirements as required and recommend possible solutions
  • Carrying out proof-of-concept work and making sure the designed platform solution can be implemented
  • Having technical lead in the process where platforms are built in production services department
  • Set and apply standard technologies
  • mprove IT infrastructure in order to optimize and automate maintenance
  • Design and technical lead in implementation of any Active Directory related work
  • Design platform security and delegation model within Active Directory
  • Design authentication and authorisation standards for platform engineering
  • Design and lead implementation of naming standards for objects in Active Directory
  • Design and lead implementation of PKI infrastructure
  • Create and maintain roadmaps for Directory Services infrastructure

Requirments:

  • Experience as a directory engineer working within an infrastructure engineering department
  • Experience in complex IT infrastructure design and engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of IP-based networking, web services, SAN storage, virtualisation, server staging and database experience
